As we move into the 'new normal' in academia we must consider the stress and the toll this past year has had on all of us. Mindfulness meditation (stress-reduction) and the practice of being mindful is one pathway into this new normal.

During this thirty-minute session we will briefly discuss cultivating mindfulness at all levels of the college system, and more importantly this time will be used to experience mindfulness.
